- Choosing your stone. We help you select a natural diamond or gemstone, such as sapphire, emerald or ruby.
- Design. We prepare a design for your approval before any work begins.
- Making. Your piece is made in 18K gold or platinum. This usually takes [number] weeks.
- Collection. Collect from our showroom or have it delivered, fully insured.
