At Chloe's Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 21-day returns policy.

This does not apply to items that are custom-made or on special orders.

Conditions for Returns

• Item must be in original condition with packaging intact.
• Initiate the return within 21 days of purchase or delivery.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
• Customised items are not eligible unless due to our error.
• Returns are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Contact our team within the 21-day window. We’ll guide you through the return process, or visit us in-store for assistance.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, style, or product, our team will be happy to help you arrange it.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is being returned due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
